I am a new joiner with the company. My onboarding experience on day one was great and would like to thank the HR, Admin and the IT team for being very helpful, reassuring and professional at all times. Within the few days of working, what I observed is that the organization’s emphasis on trainings to be provided to Associates and the follow up is too good.  Caliber recognizes and values employee contributions and fosters a culture of openness and implements suggestions made by the Associates. Finding a job that offers flexibility and Work-life balance was essential for me, which I feel Caliber has offered me. It is not all work but there are R&R initiatives and employee participation is huge in all the cultural events hosted.  Caliber does its bit in the CSR field and has adopted few schools and takes care of all that is required for their smooth functioning.

Caliber is always open for new ideas. It always encourages associates to learn new technologies which improves their skill set. Anyone can connect with higher management for any suggestion or help. Scope for learning is very high at Caliber. Feeling very happy to be working here since last 6 years.
