Adcock Ingram, a contract manufacturer of medicines in Bengaluru, began its digital journey with CaliberLIMS, establishing what it describes as India’s first paperless laboratory. The journey has since expanded across laboratory, manufacturing, quality, and supporting functions.

Expanding Digital Operations with Caliber

From paperless laboratory operations, Adcock Ingram extended digital workflows into in-process quality control, electronic logbooks, quality management, and APQR. Its IPQC system now covers 22 areas and 115 interfaced instruments, while eLog supports 273 users, 649 templates, and 349 reports across QA, Production, Warehouse, and Engineering.
